Nathan’s 12 Week Transformation
‘’I started working with Craig 12 weeks ago as I wanted to get back into weight training.
With the pandemic and renovating my house the gym became the first thing to get thrown out the window.
My goals were; to look like I actually trained, and to be fit enough to run around after my little boy.
Craig was brilliant from start to finish, he did regular weekly check-ins and PT 1 to 1. Each week he adapted various elements of my training and meal plan to suit how my body was responding best.
During my transformation we had Christmas and I also caught coronavirus which threw a couple of spanners into the works but with being strict with my diet and workouts from home we got through this.
I would recommend Craig to anybody, he’s such a happy, pleasant guy to work with, his knowledge is second to none. He listens to your goals and makes sure that you reach them to become mentally and physically happy within yourself.
