“I have always kept myself pretty fit. And then the pandemic struck!
Working in the NHS, there was suddenly very little time to train and I combined this lack of activity with fuelling myself on toast, crisps and cherry bakewell tarts.
I needed accountability, structure and routine and began training with Craig just before Christmas.
Put simply, it’s been brilliant – and so enjoyable. While fat has clearly dropped off, the nutrition plan has never left me feeling hungry and I’ve loved the adapted home workouts.
Craig has always been on the end of the phone when I’ve had questions – he’s a top professional who clearly knows his stuff.
I’m looking forward to the next phase of the journey, getting back into reopening gyms and improving further.
