As a certified functional medicine practitioner I aim to improve my client’s body composition and health simultaneously.

With every client I identify their personal barriers to fat loss with the aim of correction to maximise their results. With various tools at my disposal I can and will formulate a bespoke plan to take you on a journey that will lead to a happier and healthier you.
