5 rules to starting a fat loss plan

By 24 October , 2013Diet, Uncategorized
  1. Always start your fat loss journey with measurable goals. Take a picture at the start of your transformation, ideally get someone to accurately assess your body fat percentage and base your goals on these measurements.

  1. Find a diet that’s right for you. Not everyone gets lean following the same dietary strategy, enlist a trainer to determine what dietary macro nutrient ratios are right for you. If things aren’t going the right way, don’t be afraid to change your strategy, it must be results driven, if it is not working, change it!

  1. Train smart. If your body is stressed, train for shorter periods, if you lack muscle, build some! Find out what type of training gets you optimal results, everyone is different, a Biosignature assessment will give you a great idea of how you should train and eat!

  1. Surround yourself with positive/ like-minded people. Avoid negative people, these individuals will often sabotage your efforts or become jealous of your results. Spend time with positive individuals who show support and encouragement for what you are working towards. This rule is probably one of the most important rules to follow for life, avoid ‘energy sappers’ and surround yourself with positive, energetic people who genuinely care.

  1. Be clever with supplements.  Base your supplement protocol on where you store body fat, target stubborn areas using a scientific supplementation approach. A full Biosignature assessment will give you a targeted strategy to eliminate fat and ensure you don’t waste money on ‘fat burning’ supplements that might not be right for you.

Good luck!!!
